Johnny Rafter, Julie Dean, and Douglas Sandberg are English teachers and writers. The team shares a lifetime love of good stories and a deep respect for the power of the English language. Their complementary professional strengths along with the common goal of producing fun and educational materials for their students propelled the development of the reader "At the 11th Hour" with exercises for learners of English as a Second Language.
The book was created at the Canadian Language School in 2012 where the authors worked together.
